How do I place an order?
How do I place an order?
Head over to my Custom Order Form and fill out the requested information. I will reach out to you from there to confirm details and provide you with a mock up for your order. Once you approve the mock up, I will email you an invoice. Your invoice must be paid in full to reserve your date on my calendar.
How can I find out about upcoming classes?
Join my email list! I will send out an email when I have sales, pre-orders, new classes, flavors, and giveaways to announce.
Orders
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance, as my calendar typically fills up quickly—especially during the holidays. I book up to 3 months ahead.
Need cookies last-minute? If I can make magic happen, a “miracle fee” may apply for rush orders under 2 weeks.
What about the cookies?
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Each cookie comes individually heat-sealed to keep it fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
Want to order early? My cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months! To thaw, keep cookies sealed in their original container overnight at room temperature. Do not open early—condensation can damage the icing.
What flavors do you offer?
My signature flavor is classic vanilla sugar cookie, soft and buttery with a hint of sweetness.
Seasonal flavors are occasionally available—just ask what’s on the menu when ordering!
Do you offer gluten-free cookies?
Yes! A $10 upcharge per 2 dozen applies to cover the cost of gluten-free flour. Please note, all cookies are made in a kitchen that processes wheat.
What if I have food allergies?
My kitchen frequently uses wheat, eggs, and dairy, and while I take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, my cookies are not recommended for those with severe allergies.
Returns
What is your refund/cancelation policy?
If you would like to cancel your order, you must cancel no less than 8 days prior to your pick up date. No refunds will be given within 7 days of your order. Deposits are not refundable.

Do you ship cookies?
Due to Texas Cottage Food Laws, I cannot ship. But if you're local, I’d love to bake for you!
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for large orders (20 dozen+) within a 20-mile radius of 77077 (fees apply). All other orders are pickup only from my licensed home bakery in Houston.
